| 124. Generalversammlung 2010
Die Sektion Erstfeld konnte als Gastreferent, den SEV Gewerkschaftssekretär Philipp Hadorn, bei ihrer 124. Generalversammlung begrüssen.
Zusätzlich durfte die Sektion Erstfeld Rinaldo Zobele, LPV Zentralpräsident, Konrad Schüpbach und Hanspeter Schlegel von der BLS als weitere Gäste willkommen heissen.
Geehrt wurden Alfred Schilter zur Pension, Erwin Kehrli für 40 Jahre, Elias Tresch, Robert Locher, Werner Walther für 25 Jahre Verbandstreue.
Stefan Roos wurde als neuer Kassier in den Vorstand gewählt. Leider konnte kein Nachfolger für Ruedi Zberg als Präsident gefunden werden.
Der Vorstand des LPV’s Erstfeld bleibt funktionsfähig und muss jetzt eine Lösung finden, wie es mit ihrer Sektion ohne Präsident und Vizepräsident weitergeht.
Philipp Hadorn stellte sich bei den anwesenden Mitgliedern vor und berichtete über die Herausforderungen, die dem SEV mit SBB bevorstehen.
Erstens sind die Lohnverhandlungen beim Schiedsgericht deponiert worden, da bei den Verhandlungen mit SBB, keine Einigung erzielt wurde. Man hofft, dass mindestens die Kaufkraft erhalten bleibt.
Ein weiteres Thema wird die Neu-Positionierung von SBB Cargo sein, die sich in verschiedene Geschäftsfelder aufteilen will. Ziel des SEV’s wird sein, einen Stellenabbau zu verhindern und dass alle Mitarbeiter weiterhin dem GAV unterstellt sind.
Der neue GAV SBB wird beim SEV zum Hauptthema. Zurzeit werden in der GAV-Konferenz die verschiedenen Anliegen gebündelt, um die Interessen der Mitarbeiter besser in die Verhandlungen einzubringen.
Ob die SBB den jetzigen GAV künden wird, ist noch offen. Philipp Hadorn ruft jedes Mitglied dazu auf, bei ungünstigem Verlauf die Gewerkschaft zu unterstützen.
Im Jahresbericht erörterte unser Präsident Ruedi Zberg verschiedene Ereignisse, wie die Wahl von Giorgio Tutti als SEV-Präsident. Die Wirtschaftskrise hat auch SBB Cargo hart getroffen. Die Mitarbeiter wurden aufgefordert ihre Zeitkonten abzubauen oder beim Personenverkehr auszuhelfen.
Dies hat aufgezeigt, dass universell einsetzbare Lokführer für die Unternehmung auch Vorteile bringen.
Ruedi Zberg bedankte sich bei den Mitgliedern, die die Kundgebung in Bern aktiv unterstützt hatten. Zuletzt forderte er die Mitglieder mit dem Zitat “Wer kämpft kann verlieren - wer nicht kämpft, hat schon verloren.“ auf, den SEV und LPV zu unterstützen, denn nur gemeinsam sind wir stark.
Unser BLS-Vertreter Robert Locher informierte die Sektion, dass die BLS in Luzern einen Standort aufbaut wird, um die P-Leistungen Luzern-Bern durchs Entlebuch abzudecken. Weiter informierte Konrad Schüpbach, dass die Pensionskasse BLS von Ascoop in die Simova ausgegliedert wurde. Sie hat nun einen Deckungsgrad von 92 %.
Auch bei der BLS wurden Konjukturmassnahmen getroffen. Leider wurde bemerkt, dass die Solidarität leidet, wenn es ans eigene Zeit- und Geld-Konto geht.
Auch bei der BLS haben es die Sektionen schwer, Nachfolger für die Vorstandsarbeit zu finden, schloss Konrad Schüpbach seinen Bericht.
Zum Schluss bedankte sich der Präsident bei den Anwesenden für das Interesse und wünschte noch einen unterhaltsamen Abend bei Apèro, Nachtessen und Abendunterhaltung.
